Implementing Approvals

There are different approaches you can take to approvals in Cherwell Service Management. Plus, approvals can be used for more than just approving changes. In this hands-on course, you'll get practice creating approvals. You'll also get design tips for creating “foolproof” approvals for Cherwell Service Management users and customers. We will also cover some outside-the-box ways you might use approvals to help take your processes to the next level.

Course Schedule:

NA: This course runs from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Mountain Time (MT) on the day of the course.

EMEA: This course runs from 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) on the day of the course.

APAC: This course runs from 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on the day of the course.
