Integrating with the REST API

GET, POST, PUT, DELETE! Are you struggling to make sense of the API and need help getting started? During this hands-on session, we will explore the available options to integrate Cherwell with other systems. We will configure Swagger and see how to send data directly to Cherwell and how to pull data from Cherwell using API commands. Additionally, we will create Web Services One-Step Actions to push data into Cherwell. (Note: this is not a programming class, we will not be teaching C#, JavaScript or PowerShell in this class.)
