Intermediate Report Writer
This course builds on the Cherwell Service Management Foundations and Intro to Report Writing courses. Going beyond the Wizard, you will gain an in-depth understanding of core functions within the Cherwell Report Writer. Lessons emphasize hands-on lab time in a virtual environment. It is strongly recommended that attendees be comfortable with building Searches within Cherwell Service Management.

- Generate Pivot Grids with optimal analysis and layout
- Efficiently utilize relationships within the Report Writer
