Introduction to Change Management

Change Management supports every stage of the ITIL lifecycle. Ensuring changes to the environment minimize risk to your organization is critical. In this course we will spend the day getting to know Change Management within Cherwell Service Management. From Emergency changes to Standard requests, we will dive into all facets of the change process including, workflows, Change Advisory Board (CAB), lifecycle, approvals, pre-approved change templates,. calendars and more. This course will provide you the knowledge to effectively use Change Management and minimize the risk of negatively impacting organization.

EMEA: This course runs from 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) on the day of the course.

APAC: This course runs from 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on the day of the course.
