Managing Multiple Environments and Cherwell Administrators

This course will provide you with the information and skills necessary to effectively operate Development, Test and Production environments. You will create a series of blueprints and move them across multiple environments. Additionally, you will learn best practices to ensure that multiple Cherwell Administrators are not overwriting each other’s work. As a bonus, we will outline the steps to set up a sandbox Cherwell environment on any computer.

Course Schedule:
 

NA: This course runs from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Mountain Time (MT) on the day of the course.

EMEA: This course runs from 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) on the day of the course.

APAC: This course runs from 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on the day of the course.
