Q. How do I receive my course completion certificate?
A. Upon completion of your course, you will asked to take a course survey. When the survey is complete, you will receive the Certificate of Completion for the class you have taken. This is delivered in hard copy if you are taking an instructor-led class and by electronic copy for virtual or self-paced classes.

Q. How long is the ILT class?
A. The ILT classes are 4.5 days long, starting Monday and ending Friday.
Q. Is lab access included in the ILT class?
A. Yes. During your entire class you will have full access to a technical lab environment.
Q. Will I receive a printed manual in class?
A. You will be provided with a digital copy of the training manual approximately one week before class. You may print a hard copy for yourself if you wish.
Q. Is lunch provided for ILT attendees?
A. All ILT attendees will be provided with lunches Monday through Thursday. Lunch is not provided on Friday. If you have special dietary needs, please Contact Us with that information prior to class.

Q. What are the technical requirements to attend a Virtual Instructor-Led Training?
A. At a minimum you will need a high-speed Internet connection. You’ll need a system that includes a microphone and speakers so that you can listen to, and speak with, the live instructor. It is recommended that you have dual monitors so that you can access and work with your labs on one screen while attending the class on the second screen.
Q. Can I attend the VILT from my office?
A. You are attending a live training class, so it is recommended that you attend from a private and quiet location where you can concentrate and pay attention to your instructor.
Q. How do I access my labs?
A. Lab access is provided to VILT attendees, and you will receive specific login details and credentials for your lab access.
Q. How long do I have lab access?
A. During your VILT class, you will have lab access from the start of the first day through the end of the last day of your training.
Q. How do I contact my VILT instructor?
A. Your VILT instructor is available via email, online chat, and directly through the VILT environment. You are encouraged to interact with your instructor and other attendees.
Q. Who do I contact if I have a question or problem during the class?
A. All VILT classes have a producer who is there to assist you and the instructor during the class. The producer is available via email, online chat, and through the VILT environment.

A. The minimum requirements are a high-speed Internet connection, as there is a large amount of video content, and a system that includes audio so you can hear the recorded instruction. It is recommended that you have dual monitors so that you can access and work with your labs on one screen while following the instructional content on the second screen.

Q. How do I test that my system will work in the lab environment?
A. Once you have lab access, you connect through a web browser and can test your system. If there are technical issues with your lab, please Contact Us.
A. You will have two work weeks of lab access. To schedule your lab access, please Contact Us.
Q. Can I receive an extension on my lab access?
A. If you need additional time to for lab work after your two-week window has expired you may request an extension. Pending lab availability, we will extend your reservation for another two weeks. Even if we cannot accommodate an extension we will save your work and load it on to the next lab environment that becomes available.
Q. How long do I have access to the Self-Paced training materials?
A. Your access to the self-paced videos and Participant Guide is unlimited.
Q. Will I be sent a printed course manual?
A. Students will be provided a digital course manual. Printed course manuals are not provided, but you may print a copy for yourself if you wish.
