How To Use StrataCom's Mobile Solution
No App store client needed. Support for both iOS and Android devices. Users can install the Mobile Client as an app on their home screen or simply access it from the browser. Email links can take Mobile users right to the Cherwell ticket they need to work or approve.
StrataCom's Mobile Client for Cherwell is an Azure/SaaS solution. Hosted customers provide a REST API key. Customers then connect and authenticate with their existing Cherwell credentials. On-premise customers provide access through their firewall to establish connectivity with the SaaS environment.
