About the Presenter:
Matthew Nimeth is a Senior Instructional Designer and Technical Instructor at Cherwell Software, who has been with Cherwell for 3 years. His background includes 18 years of experience in the IT and Training industries, where he has designed and facilitated technical training for a number of organizations including Accenture, Lucent, Avaya, AT&T Wireless, Compassion International and Citrix. Matthew is ITIL certified and has a Bachelor of Science in Computers and a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction.
