Adding Journaling to Task Objects
0 HOURS 26 MINUTES
About the Course:
Learn how to add Journaling (history) to the Task supporting object and then make those journal records visible from the parent object that is using Tasks. Several ITSM processes in CSM use Tasks to support the process. An often requested capability is to enable history tracking in Journal entries for Tasks, and to make those entries visible from the object that uses Tasks (e.g. Incident, Problem, Change Request.) This is not difficult to do once you know a few special properties of Business Objects and their History, Relationships and Auditing, and Attributes.
