About the Course:
In this video series, developers teach the best practices for applying a Mergeable Application (“mApp”) to a Globalized Cherwell Service Management system. You will learn how to check for validation by list to modify to Table Management. After creating tables and updating Major Business Objects, you will learn to apply language packs and update foreign keys. You will conclude with best practices and special notes for the successful management of the Globalized lifecycles, Dashboards, and other cultural issues.
About the Instructors:
Rus Karlov has 30+ years of IT industry experience, which includes 20 years as a service desk manager and six years as a Cherwell Service Management Administrator. He is ITIL Foundations certified and currently works for Cherwell Software as a content developer. He is a former small business owner, is married with one son, and lives in Lombard, IL.
Jim Bates is a content developer/user experience designer focusing on creating Mergeable Applications (mApps) to extend the functionality of the Cherwell platform. Jim has spent the past 20 years in software development with a focus on the user experience, creating customer-centric software for a broad range of for-profit and non-profit clients in various industries, from telecommunications to publishing to government agencies. Jim is passionate about creating tools to help organizations achieve their goals.
