About the Course:
In this recorded online workshop, Tino of Emerson Crane Hire demonstrates the complete non-IT system that automates and tracks a workflow that previously relied upon Excel and paper trails to quote, schedule and invoice for a crane operation business. By utilizing the drag and drop Business Objects and One-Step automation, Emerson built a custom system to track enquiries, site visits, quotes, orders, integrate scheduling, asset management, personnel availability and revenue forecasts utilizing Cherwell Service Management (CSM). Matthew Peeples then shows how you can identify areas beyond IT that can benefit from the Enterprise Solution (ESM) that CSM offers.

Valentino (Tino) Semeria, Director of IT and Business Operations, Emerson Crane Hire, is a digital enthusiast with a passion for commercial opportunity. He earned his technical stripes working for large companies in specialist roles. He then went on to combine his business and technical acumen working as a freelance consultant. At Emerson Crane Hire, he leads a team to devise, build and deliver an enterprise service management system underpinned by Cherwell. On a personal note, Tino enjoys the outdoor lifestyle of his adopted country Spain with kite surfing now a key activity.
